Jennifer’s work began in advertising, marketing, and public relations, where she learned how organizations intentionally build recognition, shape perception, and create demand.

After helping elevate brands including Burger King, AT&T, Kraft, Coca-Cola, and Clairol, she recognized something important: accomplished women needed the same strategic discipline applied to their own names, reputations, and careers.
